Accessibility statement
We build accessible software for a living. So this page tells you plainly what meserow.com gets right, what it still gets wrong, and how to reach a person when something blocks you.

The standard we target
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA for meserow.com. That is the standard we hold client work to, and it is the standard we hold our own site to.
We are not claiming full conformance. This site has not been audited by a third party, we do not publish a VPAT for it, and we hold no conformance certificate. What follows is an honest account of the work we have done and the problems we know are still there.
What we have done
- Every image carries alternative text.
- Each page has exactly one first-level heading, and the headings below it run in order without skipped levels.
- Every page starts with a skip-to-content link, and every page has a main landmark for that link to jump to.
- Keyboard focus indicators are visible. If you are tabbing through the site, you can see where you are.
- The site honors the reduced-motion setting in your operating system. When you have it turned on, the scroll-driven hero animations stop and ambient video is paused on its first frame instead of looping.
- Every page footer carries a Pause motion button. It stops looping video, the decorative CSS animations, the rotating logo on the PRISMnx page and the animated header on the Meet with us page — on the spot, whatever your system settings say, and your browser remembers the choice for next time.
- The booking dialog manages focus and closes on Escape.
Known limitations
These are real, we know about them, and we would rather say so than let you find out the hard way.
- Several pages use scroll-driven video heroes, where scrolling moves the film forward. Tying motion to scroll position can be disorienting, and our reduced-motion support does not make that design choice work for everyone.
- Header text sits on top of video in places. We have darkened the overlay behind that text so it stays legible against the brightest frame of each film, but contrast over moving images is inherently harder to guarantee than contrast over a flat colour, and we keep checking it.
- Once your keyboard focus moves into one of the Google Calendar embeds, our page can no longer see the Tab or Escape key, so getting back out may need the mouse. Closing the panel and booking by email avoids it entirely.
- The availability embeds on the Meet with us page are Google Calendar. That is Google's interface inside our page, and we do not control its accessibility. If it does not work for you, email us and we will schedule the time with you directly.
Ongoing work
We test this site with keyboard navigation, and we are working through the limitations listed above. When a limitation is fixed, it comes off this page and the date at the top changes.
How to report a barrier
Email info@meserow.com. Tell us what page you were on and what happened — even a rough description like “the calendar on the booking page traps my keyboard” is enough for us to reproduce it.
We reply within one business day. If something on this site is keeping you from information you need, say so in the message, and we will send you that information another way while we fix the page.
